WASHINGTON, 6tli April. President Harding informed a delegation from the Women's Peace Party that the present international situation did not permit of any move toward disarmament on the part of the United States Th* President, said -while he was deeply interested in the question ha did not feel that conditions abroad warranted the recommendation of any disarmament plan as part of the legislative programme for next Congress.
