The House of Pu&presentatives will devote the afternoon to formal business. The Address-in-Reply will b» taken this evening. As this is a special session,' it is expected that the speeches of the mover (Mr. K. S. William), and the seconder (Mr. J. Craigie) will not be so lengthy as usual, and it is possible that the Leader of the Opposition will also speak this evening. There may even be a speech-in reply to Mr. Wilford.
