First Hurdles, of 150 eovs; one mile and three-quarters.—Sea Deil, 9.10, 1; Lady Lyddite, 9.9, 2; Welshman, 9.7, 3. Scratched : Sir Agnes, and Penniless. Won by a length. Time, not taken. '
First Maiden Handicap,' 120 soys; six furlongs.—Sylvan, 8.10, ,1;, Menace, 7.2, 2; Awareka, 7.7, 3. Scratched : Proposer, Euphoria, Maid o' Lake, Waimeri, Balkan States, Fairmount, Accelerate, Impndence, Narrowneck. Won by a length, with a head between second and third. Time, lmin 16sec:
