There was no ceremony ; nobody made siijr" speeches s nobody undertook, as the 'city's rcpi'egeiit&tive, to have the last sv.'im. fhe betha simply were not opened to thii public. And for that matter the .difference was not very gfeat j the baths have not been much used this season.
