TEHERAN REOPENED
SHAH RECEIVES THE COSSACK LEADERS.

DELHI, 23rd February. The Cossacks are maintaining excellent order in the Teheran bazaars. They re-opened the town, which is normal. The Shah received the leaders of the movement—Riza Khan, Major Sahed Khan, and Sai Jedzia, editor of the newspaper Road. The Cossacks arrested eight prominent notabilities.
