AUCKLAND, This Day.
At the' Supreme Court, David Guest, a farmer, was awarded £742 damages against Hugh Currie for injuries and loss sustained through defendant's motorcar, in March last, dashing into a front seat at the waterfront occupied by plaintiff and *his wife.
