PRISONERS MISSING

One prisoner . was not brought up by the police, arid another who was at. large. • but not on bail, failed to appear. A third prisoner was missing, and Mr. Justice Herdmari sarcastically suggested that the registrar ' sliould .also call on Donald iVgh, who disappeared while on probationary. bail ; and..has not yet been arrested.
