The Association oi British Chambers of Commerce passed a resolution in favour of reversion to the Imperial penny postage, as conducive to the social, economic, and financial jwelfare . of the Empire. The 'mover expressed the opinion, that it would be economically possible if the control of the Post Office was .'.ess bureaucratic. .
