STRAND THEATRE.
"Up Stairs," at the Strand Theatre, features Mabel Normand' in a pleasing role. Mabel, in borrowed plumes, creates uncontrollable merrinvent. A spica of adventure is introduced, and Mabel does some weird "stunts" with an express elevator a-nd a chandelier. Charlie Chaplin is also showing in "The Immigrant,", and the latest Gazette completes a fine programme.
