Advices from Bucharest state that grave apprehension is felt in. Rumania owing to the reported presence of six new "Bolshevik divisions, with a considerable amount of artillery, on the Dneistev froiit, and the fact that Budeny's cavalry is concentrating near Mohi. leff. The Rumanian reserves, and i-ail-way men are being mobilised.
