TURKS DESIRE DELAY.
(KBDTIR'S TEI.E6HAII ) (Received November 8, 3 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, 7th Nov. In response to the Allied demand for ratification of the Sevres Treaty, The Porte has sent a temporising Note, stating that the matter is not pressing, and immediate ratification would defeat the chances of an understanding between The Porte and the Kemalists.
