LAND AGENTS & AUCTIONEERS
The executive of the Land Agents and Auctioneers' Association of Wellington, in its seventh annual report, states that the Accumulated Fund amounts to £147. The membership is 100. The executive announces with regret the resigrations during the year of Messrs. W. H. Turnbull and H. X. M'Leod respectively, who both returned recently after some time spent on war service. Mr. Turnbull was one of the association's first vice-presidents, on its being founded, and Mr. M'Leod was also an original member and later on held office on the executive as a committeeman. The Dominion Association has drafted a new Bill which has been forwarded to the Government with a request that it be brought down for consideration this session. Members -re requested to use their best endeavours to have this desire given effect to.
