COPENHAGEN, 13th October.
Reports fror.i Helsingfors state that strong anti-Bolshevik feeling is developing at Rjga, whftre there were several disturbances; Following 'the Reds' defeat at antiSovifcfc meetings in the factories, the Government is strengthening the military in Moscow, where street fighting is reported, the military having to storm barricades. The situation is critical. Hundreds of arrests have been made.
A report from Riga states that a conspiracy has been discovered in Siberia. A big' organisation, composed of White Guards, headed by officerf from Kolchak's and Semenoff's armies, intended to blow up the ammunition depots, factories, bridges, and railways, and kill the Communist loaders. ' A thousand members of the organisation have been arrested.
