The Court of Appeal has been adjourned until to-morrow morning. Mr. Justice Herdmar. will Tetura to Christchurch on Friday night, and Mr. Justice Cooper the same night to Auckland.
A motor-cyclist, Frank Mildenhall, living at Sea.toun, was admitted to the Hospital this morning suffering from a fracture of the right leg below' the knee, resulting from a collision between his machine and another motor-cycle on Broadw&y, Mitamar.
