SYDNEY, This Day.

The coal trimmers at' Newcastle are initiating Harassing strikes against overseas vessels. It is understood that the idea was evolved at the .recent Transport Conference. The trimmers notify the agents that they will work interstate vessels and those which do no,t engage labour at the employment bureaux, in preference to oversea vessels. . They will work only till 4 o'clock on oversea vessels. Island steamers ai© already considerably .inconvenienced.
