BELFAST ASKS FOR A MORATORIUM

LONDON, 12th October.
The Belfast Traders' Protection Federation has issued a circular stating that the Government has been asked to declare a moratorium for the Belfast banks owing to the situation following the boycott and the large withdrawals.
