PLEBISCITE ANNOUNCED

WARSAW, 11th October. The Polish Council of Foreign Affairs passed a resolution demanding the annexation of the Vilna. district. The" Lithuanian division of the Polish Army mutinied and occupied Vilna without orders. The 1 Polish General proclaimed a new Government, and announced that an ea,rly plebiscite would be taken to decide the future of the city.
