Reserved judgment was given by Mr. J. S. Evans, S.M., yesterday in the case of Nimmo and' Wilkinson, a claim for £158 lls 6d for work done at the Wellington Hotel, Moles-worth -street. Defendant had paid £129 into Court, and his Worship gave judgment for that amount. Mr. T. Young appeared for plaintiff and Mr. H. F. Yon Haast for the defendant.
