NO DEMAND FOR CROSSBREDS.
SYDNEY, 12th October. ' The 1 concluding wool sale o( the first Sydney series attracted a largo attendance, but, as on the previous days,, only the better classes were in demand, at about late rates. The top price was SSJd per lb. For crossbreds then was no demand.
The second series will open on 25th October, and 15,000 bales will be offered.
