COARSER FLOUR.
A suggestion was made by Mr. A. Hamilton (Wallace), that the Minister of Industries and Commerce, should direct flour-millers to produce a coarser flour by obtaining from 10 per cent, to 20 per cent, more flour from the wheat" than at present.
