In the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon, before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., Amy Brewin, for whom Mr. J F Stevenson appeared, sought an order for separation from her husband, Ernest Bre- t win, together with maintenance and custody of the four children of the marriage. Mr. P. W. Jackson appeared for the defendant. His Worship, after a lengthy hearing, found that, the parties could not live together, and he granted all the applications, with £3 a -week maintenance.
