Crowded houses on Saturday witnessed the screen story of "Huckleberry Finn aud revelled in tho escapades of tha daring young vagabond of Mark Twain's creation, and the chum. Tom Ss,wyur. The picture, full of laughter and tears, is a faithful version ol the book, and a happy selection has been made in Lowis Sargent and Jchii Griffith, who are the screen characters.
"Huckleberry Finn" is a film to be seen by young and old. The life story of Not Understood Milt Shanks, a veteran hero of the American Civil War, who had been always regarded as a shirker because he v.'as unable, through Abraham Lincoln's prior claim to his services in a secret capacity, to enlist in the Tanks, is told in "The Copperhead," featuring Lionel Barrymore. The programme, with orchestral accompammants, \yill be shown at 1 both houses nightly.
