LABOUR DAY CELEBRATIONS.
The public will be well catered for in the way of sports and pastimes on Labour Day (25th October) at Newtown Park. The Labour Day Committee has spared no effort in arranging the programme. Judging by the number of entrants recorded for the athletic events, success is already assured. For the tug-of-war all teams of any note have signified their intention to compete.
