LONDON, 7th October.
The Bolshevik reply to the British Note is not wholly satisfactory, though it offers to release British subjects upon conditions. Scarcely any mention is made regarding the ceasing of propaganda in Britain and Asia. Britain is therefore sending another Note requiring a definite answer, with a time limit.
