(UNITED ■ PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPTRIOHT.) SYDNEY, 7th October. In the Divorce Court Alfred Hill, th<t composer, sought a dissolution of his marriage! on th» ground of desertion. Petitionerl stated that after the marriaga he and his wife went to New Zealand. Subsequently he returned to Sydney, with his wife's consent. Since then, for I ten years, he had been trying to indues ;her to join, him, but she: had not dona so. She had 1 never actually refused to return.
Mrs. Hill gave evidence to the effectthat 'her nenson (ov not joining bar husband was his unsettled position in Sydney. She had novel- refused to return, and never had any intention of desevtrng him, and was willing to live, with him.
