STEAMER BLOWN UP
A NEW YORK DISASTER.
(BNITBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPTRIOIIT.) (AUSTRALIAN - NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received October 8, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, 7tih October. An explosion occurred in a Canadian oil tank steamer. It ist believed' that six of the crew were killed, and many were injured. The police report that the total number of dead is probably fifteen.
