A JAPANESE MESSAGE

TOKIO, 7th October. The American Association in Tokio has cabled a resolution to Mr. B. Colby, Secretary of State for the United States, pointing out that intense feeling over the Californian situation exists .in. Japan, and requesting the American Government to find a fair solution.
