BRISBANE, This Day. Mr. Theodore. Premier of Queensland, speaking at Mackay, said the.Government was raising locally a loan of two ■millions, voluntarily if possible. Not a penny-piece in dividends would be paid to'canitalists in London,- who had cut off supplies for the development of Queensland.
