SERIOUS ACTION ON INADEQUATE
GROUNDS.

Giving his decision in tno casa against 22 members of .the Mokoia's crew, Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., said the point that the chip was delayed only half-an-hour was not important. The men's action had caused Sir George Clifford to leave the vessel. They had held up the boat until they got their own way in a matter which had very little to do with them—an extremely serious course on extremely inadequate grounds. .
