ADVANTAGE.
(Received August 28, 9.30 a.m.)
LONDON, 27th August. The Daily Chronicle's Warsaw correspondent states that General Wejgand is leaving Warsaw and returning to Paris. It is rumoureff that his departure is a protest against the non-execution of his plans, particularly in the north, where four Polish armies facing west are hemming in 6000 Russians against the German frontier, instead of continuing the attack upon the retreating Russians. General Lanrezan, of the French army, commands file southern Polish front.
