(81 ?SI,KO!UPH.—PM»» ASSOCIATION.) GISBORNE, This Day. It ie now definitely established that tha steamer Kia Ora was twelve miles off Gable End Foreland from noon on Sunday till 6.30 at night. She then steamed to n*th\vards to East Cape, and there can be little doubt that this was the steamer seen from Rototani btation. The Kia Ora was at Tokoma.ru Bay loading on Friday, then the storm came up and she put to sea, cruising about off Gable End on Sunday under M«y steam. No whistle was, blown.
