RECOMMENDATION TO GENERAIj' MEETING.
The executive of the V>tersid'a Workers' Union met to-day, and discisssed the position. The secretary subsequently stated that a certain decision had been arrived at. It would be' submitted in the form of a recommendation to a gen-— eral meeting of the union, which would! be held at 8 o'clock io-morrow morning.
