Na other motives -have,been allowed to ..weigh .in ,tho decision, of the department.. There are still about 1000 applications for connections, and no.w that a new supply of condensing water and a now flue for the boilers at the Lighting Station are ready, it is hoped to commence with carrying cut the applications jn 'order.
