SIBERIAN ADJUSTMENT
RUSSO-JAPANESE ARMISTICE.
TOKIO, 22nd July.
The armistice ngreement between Japan and the Far Eastern Russian Government jn Siberia, states that it is hoped that the establishment of the buffer State under the united Governments will b& democratic, but not ji communistic. Japan haii agreed to withdraw from the buffer State, and the Russian Bolshevik armies will be barred.
