Before Mr* P L Hollmgs, S M., at the'Magistiate's Couit yesterday afternoon, Thomas Vernon Venables, Joseph II Ashbudge, and John W Ashbridge claimed from S. O. Mayall, tramway •motorman, and Lavinia A. Collin, widow, of Petone, the sum of £23 2s 6d for commission on the eale of ? property Mr P H Putnam appeared for tho plaintiffs and Mr H F O'Leaory for the defendants. It was set out in the statement of claim that the defendant itajall, on belia'f of Mis.
