(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPTRIQIIT.) (AU3IHAHAN - I.'SW; ZEALAND CAIILB AEBOCIATION.) LONDON, 27th'May. Dr. Berriedale Keith, writing in connection with the Queensland Labour enactments, suggests that the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council provide the nucleus of "an arbitration council of the-highest standing for impartiality, as it includes Dominion Judges.
