Mr. .Hunter-(High Commissioner for Queensland) .pointed, out that the two' years' experiment was on cuch a small scale thn-t if would not justify Queensland 'embarking on the project. K«gotiations are ■ still proceeding. Further interviews are probable, in which ."Mr. Hulitei v/ill urge Manchester traders to accept a deeper responsibility for the experiment. ""■
