The following announcements regarding t Shaw, SaviH, and Albion liners were made today:— The Arawa left Panama on 24th May for Auckland. , , The Corinthie, Homeward bound from Wellington, left Colon on tha 24th Ma 7 for Southampton. The lonic left Auckland at 5 o'clock last evening for Wellington, and is due here on Saturday afternoon: The Knmara sailed from Lytteiton yesterday for Dunedin to continue the discharge of her cargo. The vessel proceeds later to Melbourne. The Pakeha. left the United Kingdom on tho 32nd May, via Capetown, with cargo for Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Alter discharge the vessel comes to New Zealand to load.
WANGANUI FROM GRAFTON. The brigantine Wanganui arrived ia the stream at Wellington at 9.30 o'clock this morning from Grafton, New South Wales, with a cargo of hardwood timber. Vie was to berth at the King's Wharf this ntVrnoon. The Wanganui, which in in chargo o\ Captain Robert Owens, left Grafton on tliy 13th May, and experienced good weather V) the run across the Tasman, with the-txcepVon of the last day or so. Mr. C. G. PortV is the local agent. The Waikawa, now discharging general cargo from Melbourne, will leava Wellington early next week for San Francisco, v:k Auckland. The Paloona. ct present at the Bluff, is expected to leave Dunedin on Monday [or Lytteiton and Wellington. She is expected to sail at the end of next week for Melbourne with .passengers and cargo. - A bad bar at Greymouth is causing som» delay to shipping. Th<j Kokiri will now letve Greymoutli to-morrow for Wellington, and .tin Rosamond will sail from that port this afternoon for Westport and Wellington. The V.iiop Company's steamer Mokoia. which arrived at Wellington tliisraorning from Lytteiton In place of the Wahine, will ■ leave Wel.lington at 2 p.m. tomorrow for Napier, Gisborne, Tokomaru Bay, and Ai;cklan^. The vessel will take transhipment cargo only. Richardson's steamer Ruru, which arrjr^d nt Wellington this morning, is t.o E.nil v tomorrow for Gisborae with a Joad of coke.
