John O'Brien, 16s, costs ss; Public Trustee v. Mrs. Ellen Loubere, £14 10s, costs £1 10s 6d; same v. Catherine Middlemiss, £S 13s lid, costs £1 4s 6d ; Commercial Agency and J. J. Langridgeand Co., Ltd., v. J. H. Small, £49 19s 3d, costs £3 Ss. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. David M'Gavin was ordered to pay the Wellington Plumbers' Union £2 0s 6d by monthly instalments of. 10s; 'John O'Brien to pay the Boilermakers' Union £1- 4s by 10th June, or serve 24 hours in prison; Eric Bill must pay It. B. Sun £13 3s 6d by 10th June, in default ten days' imprisonment. TENEMENT CASES. Frederick Breunecke was ordered! to give up possession of a dwelling to John Sidney Swan by 10th June, and to pay £2 9s costs. '. ■
