David M'Gavin was ordered to pay the Wellington Plumbers' Union £2 0s 6d by monthly instalments of. 10s; 'John O'Brien to pay the Boilermakers' Union £1- 4s by 10th June, or serve 24 hours in prison; Eric Bill must pay It. B. Sun £13 3s 6d by 10th June, in default ten days' imprisonment. TENEMENT CASES. Frederick Breunecke was ordered! to give up possession of a dwelling to John Sidney Swan by 10th June, and to pay £2 9s costs. '. ■
