It is announced, that the International Conference, convened by the League of Nations, will meet before the end! of the year. An elaborate measure for guaranteeing freedom of communications and transport between individual members of the League is to be discussed. The conference will establish a permanent organisation for international communication: for the combination of the efforts of individual countries for which organisation is essential,' and for the re-estab-lishrnerit of commercial exchanges and the economic restoration of the world.
