There was a good attendance of buyers. Grade Jersey cows and heifers met with keen competition, but small crossbred and late calving heifers were neglected. They quote:—Grade Jersey cows (due spring), £30 to £3S; grade Jersey heifers (spring calvers), £19 to £28; Jersey cross heifers, £10 to £18; pedigree Jersey cows, 27 to' 37 guineas; weaner heifers, £7 7s 6d; sow, £10; porkers, £3 ss.
