. The new Olympic Stadium has been opened, and seats 27,500. .It is an improved pattern of that at 'Stockholm. It has the latest improvements, perfect to the smallest detail. There is a magnificent cinder track of 433 yards. Tile preliminary gymnastic festivals before the commencement of the games include one in honour of the British. Empire to be held on 10th July. ADELAIDE, 24th May; R. V. Thomas, the tennis player, has been selected for the Olympic Games team. . . .
