The reconistitution of the personnel at Dublin Castk> is announced. 'Sir John Anderson, chairman of the Board of Inland Revenue, has beesn appointed Un-.der-Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant, jointly with Mr. James M'Mahon, while Mr. A. W. Cope, Director-General of .Organisation in the Ministry of Pensions, succeeds Sir John Taylor #s As-sistant-Undsr-Secretary. Both the appointments are temporary. Sii John Taylor retires on> completion of lengthy service, and has been appointed an Irish Privy Councillor,,
