BUFFER STATE SCHEMES
A SSLF-STYLED MINISTER.

PEKIN, 21st May. The ex-Bolshevik leader, Krasnochkoff, self-styling himself Foreign Minister, has notified the Allied High Commissioners in Siberia of the formation of a buffer State called ycrshneudinsk, consisting, of the territories eastward of Lake Baikal, including Kamsehatka. and Sakhalin. Krachnochkoff requests, the evacuation of Sibeiia by all the Allied forces, including the Japanese. It is believed that the movement is inspired from Moscow, but it is not taken seriously.
