Official investigation has revealed a plot to establish a Soviet regime. A letter has beeii intercepted addressed to the Central European Bolshevist organisation, which states that nationalisation is merely a disguise to cover the real object of the recent strikes, which aimed at the establishment* of the Soviet system.
