(Received May 24, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 23rd May. The .Sunday Times states that indirect negotiations are proceeding between! the Govermneiit and the Sinn Fein. The Government is endeavouring to ascertain the minimum terms of settlement that the'Sinn'Fein will accept. The Catholic Church desires a settlement, being alarmed "by the growth of Bolshevik sentiments among the Labour section of the Sinn Fein. '.;-,
