Summers, who was in command of the Georgic when she was captured by the German raider Moewe, is now master of the lonic, at present at Auckland; Ho was a. prisoner of war in Germany for twe years, and was released on the signing of the armistice. . ■ ■ ' Captain J. Parry has taken charge of the Wootton in place of Captain L. Larsen. MOERAKI SAILED. The intercolonial steamer Moeraki left Wei-' Ifngton at 11.40 o'clock last night for Sydney and Hobart. The vessel's passenger-list is published elsewhere. THE ULIMAROA. The Ulimaroa, due at Wellington from Sydney on Monday, has on board 227 passengers and 1300 tons of cargo. The vessel will not go to Lyttelton, but will leave Wellington on the leturn trip to Sydney on Thursday next. . PASSENGERS BY lONIC. The vessel is expected to sail from the latter port for Melbourne on Wednesday next. The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Waimate is due at Wellington from Napier on Wednesday to complete nomewaTd loading. Her departure from Wellington for London, via Panama, has been fixed for Saturday next. A Press Association message from Sydney announces the departure of the AMagisan from Newcastle for New Zealand. The vessel meant is probably .the Japanese steamer Amagisan Maru, which recently arrived at Newcastle from Japan. • . With general cargo the Union Company's steamer Waikawa left Melbourne at 5 p.m. on Thursday for Wellington. On completion of discharge the vessel will load at Wellington and Auckland for San Francisco.' The Rarawa was still detained at Onehunga yesterday. She will leave that port on Monday for New Plymouth, aiid will sail on the return trip from New Plymouth to Onehunga at 8.20 p.m. on Tuesday.
