LIQUIDATION OF DEBTS
AMERICA NOT LIKELY TO HELP.
WASHINGTON, 20th May. It is stated that the Allies need not count on financial aid from the United State 3in the liquidation of war debts. There is a determination not to take part in the Premier's plan outlined at the Hythe Conference. The United States does not favour the imposition of fresh taxes.
