PARIS, 16th April. Mr. Lloyd. George has sent a wireless message to M. ■ Millerand, confirming Britain's intention to reintroduce the blockade in the event of another monarchist revolution in Germany or failure to evacuate Ruhr in the stipulated 1 time.
