(II TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, This Bay. The New ZeaJand Jockeys' Associaiion and the New Zealand Racehorse Owners having failed to adjust satisfactorily the dispute between them, with reference to riding fees and conditions of employment, the Executive of the New Zealand Jockeys' Association has submitted the dispute to the Minister for Labour, and has requested him to take immediate action under the Labour Disputes Investigation Act, 1913.
